Welcome to the Venetian Shores Homeowners Association, a vibrant and welcoming community nestled in the heart of Islamorada at mile marker 86 on the bayside of Plantation Key. Our voluntary association comprises 400 homes, each contributing to the unique charm and appeal of our neighborhood.
Venetian Shores is renowned for its exceptional boating access, offering residents immediate entry to both the Atlantic Ocean and Florida Bay via Snake Creek. Our deep, wide canals can accommodate vessels of various sizes, making it a paradise for boating enthusiasts. Even homes without direct canal access can take advantage of the nearby marina facilities.
Our community is committed to enhancing the beauty and quality of life in Venetian Shores. With an annual voluntary fee of $200, members collaborate on community-minded projects, maintain and improve our landscaping, and serve as a liaison with the Village of Islamorada. We pride ourselves on fostering open communication and strong connections among neighbors.

How to Join
Membership is open to all Venetian Shores property owners. The annual voluntary membership fee is $200 and is due in January. To join, you can:
